This tour was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t have a lot of time in LA so we wanted to see a little of everything in a short period of time.
Our tour guide, Bing, was the best. She knew everything and truly wanted us to have a great experience. Even on a rainy, foggy day, Bing made it worth our money. We couldn’t have asked for more. Well, some sunshine would have been nice.

Fantastic private tour, highly recommended.
After a slight mix up, my partner and daughter (Antony and Lucy) were picked up by the lovely Bing and taken on a private tour. They said Bing was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and super nice.
THIS IS A MUST DO! If you only have 1 day, or a week, take this tour on the first day. It’s a great introduction to LA and a way to see the ‘lay of the land’. First perk was the pickup and drop-off at our hotel. I really liked that we didn’t have to find the pick-up spot in an unfamiliar city. For my husband’s first trip to LA, I wanted him to see the highlights since we were short on time. Our guide Bing, was so knowledgeable, informative, and funny! She made this shared tour seem like a private one. We saw so many places and spent time at each one. I’ve taken city tours in other states (that wasted a lot of time waiting on the next bus) and Guideline Tours has been the absolute best!
Absolutely loved this tour with our guide Paul. It was tailor made for us and one other family which we shared the tour with. Paul went out of his way to make the tour relevant and interesting for each member of the family. We all really enjoyed the quiz too. Highly recommend this company, worth every cent. Thank you.
My tour guide Dave did a phenomenal job. We had a small party with just three adults and a child so we got a very personalized experience. We saw the Hollywood sign and walk of fame including Michael Jackson’s star. We took pics at staples center (now crypto.com), visited Beverly Hills, Melrose, griffin observatory,Korea town, happy ice, various celebrity homes and a multitude of other places. I’m only in town for a few days so this tour was the best way for me to see the majority of the city and it’s hot spots. Salute to Dave and his grand city tour of LA.
This tour was amazing and our tour guide Bing was the main attraction! We have visited Los Angeles several times but this is the first time we did a tour. Bing is so knowledgeable about the city! These guys were very accommodating and professional. This was not a large tour bus so your group is small, mine had about 10 people. […] We passed through a lot of different neighborhoods (from Silver Lake to Beverly Hills) and the guide shared stories in each section, all very intriguing. Ending at the farmer’s market for lunch was a nice touch. I’m so glad I took a Guideline Tour over the many other advertised LA sightseeing tours. Rather than the typical big bus with the company name and logo painted on the side, we were picked up in a black Mercedes van that was air conditioned, comfortable, and relatively inconspicuous . The tour size was small (about 8 guests). Our tour guide, Paul, was fabulous. He had extensive knowledge of the LA area, he was easy to hear and understand, he interacted nicely with the group, he had a good sense of humor, and he was very accommodating. Read more

Enjoyed the Grand Tour of LA, with Paul as our guide. We were on the early tour on a Saturday. Was able to see some main areas including the Hollywood sign, Hollywood Blvd, the farmers market. We toured with Bing and it was the BEST experience! I couldn’t have imagined a better guide […] Bing was funny, knowledgeable, drove an impressive Mercedes van.
