Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48 hour prior to service cancellation policy. If a tour is canceled more than 48 hours before service, a full refund will be credited upon a written request to cancel (via confirmation e-mail).
Tour Routes:
Tour routes are subject to change at any time. Routes traveled are at the discretion of tour operators, and may change due to events outside of the company control. These are including but not limited to road closures, accidents, construction, and Acts of God such as low visibility restriction, flooding, and other various road conditions that are out of our hands.
Length of Tour:
All advertised tour duration represent the optimal time spent on the tour. Due to many circumstances out of our control – such as traffic, weather, and road restrictions – tour duration may vary.
Child Car Seats:
If a child car seat is needed it must be determined by the guest (Parent). If it is determined by the parent that a car seat is needed the parent must purchase a child ticket (ages 3-11) at the current online price at the time of the booking. Same day requests may not be met due to a sold out tour.
Please always check your seat while leaving out tours for all items brought onboard. We are not responsible for lost items.
Hotel Pickup:
We offer select complementary hotel pickups. Please check our website or call for more information.
We are a fully licensed and insured Sightseeing Tour Ground operator through the California Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Our state license number is 7336-S.
